KITAS
There are several types of KITAS (Stay Permits) which let you stay in Indonesia legally depending on your purpose of staying. We provide services to obtain each of the following KITAS:
Investor KITAS
If you want to invest in Indonesia by setting up your own PMA Company (foreign-owned company) and supervising it by yourself, you will need an Investor KITAS. Investor KITAS has a validity of 1 or 2 years, this KITAS allows you to stay in Indonesia and supervise the management of your company, making it easier for you to manage your investment and maximize your profits.
KITAS Investor can be applied Onshore or Offshore, meaning you can apply for this KITAS from anywhere in the world.

Working KITAS
Besides being able to work legally in Indonesia, there are some other benefits from having a working KITAS, among others (i) eligible to open Indonesian bank account (ii) eligible to apply for driving license (iii) eligible to purchase vehicles (iv) eligible to legally sign long term leasehold contract of a property in Indonesia (v) discounted prices in some tourist places and merchants.
Working KITAS can be granted for 6 months or 1 year. You need an Indonesian company to be the sponsor of your Working KITAS.
If you are a director of an Indonesian company without any shareholding in such company, you will be considered as "employee" and therefore you will need a Working KITAS.

You can apply for this Freelance KITAS either Offshore or Onshore, making it easy for you to apply. The Freelance KITAS cannot be extended, so if you want to continue working in Bali, you'll need to apply for a new visa. Second Home KITAS
Second Home KITAS is a stay permit granted to foreigners who wish to stay in Indonesia as investor, tourist or retiree tourist. Family, parents, and husband/wife from this Visa Holder also able to apply. The validity of Second Home Visa is 5 (five) or 10 (ten) years.
Required Documents:
- Passport with minimum validity of 36 (thirty six) months
- Proof of property ownership in Indonesia or having fund of at least IDR2,000,000,000 IDR (2 billion rupiah) deposited in the appointed state-owned banks (which shall not be withdrawn during the validity of stay permit)
- Colored photograph size 4 cm x 6 cm with white background
- Curriculum Vitae
Family, parents, and husband/wife of a second home visa holder who wants to apply is required to provide the following documents:
- Passport with minimum validity of 36 (thirty six) months
- Colored photograph size 4 cm x 6 cm with white background
- Proof of having family relationship with the visa holder, in the from of marriage certificate, or birth certificate or family card
Spousal or Dependant KITAS
Whether you're married to an Indonesian citizen or children of someone holding a KITAS, the Family KITAS allows you to stay in Indonesia for 6 months or 1 year; and can be extended several times for a total of 5 years.
The required documents are as follow:

- Passport with minimum validity of 12 months, 18 months or 30 months
- Marriage certificate
- Birth certificate for children if you apply a visa for your children
- Color photographs 3 cm x 4 cm with red background
- Address (In case domicile letter needed if your address isn’t same with your sponsor’s address
- Proof that you have been fully vaccinated
- Current Visa

- Bank statement with minimum fund USD1,500
- Marriage certificate
