Visas, Kitas & Kitap
In Indonesia, there are three types of permits that allow foreign nationals to stay in the country legally: visa, KITAS (Limited Stay Permit), and KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit). We provide services to obtain each of these permits.
Types of Residency Permit
A visa is a document that allows a foreign national to enter Indonesia for the following purposes:
- tourism
- business meetings
- pre-investment visits
- social and humanitarian activities .
There are various types of visas available, Visa on Arrivals (VOA), B211 Visa and Multiple Entry Permit Visa
A KITAS is a limited stay permit that allows a foreign national to reside in Indonesia for a certain period. KITAS is typically issued for a year or two years, and can be extended twice.
There are several types of KITAS:
- Investor KITAS
- Working KITAS
- Freelance KITAS
- Second Home KITAS
A KITAP is a permanent stay permit that allows a foreign national to reside in Indonesia indefinitely. KITAP is granted to foreign nationals who have been living in Indonesia for several years and have satisfied certain requirements, such as holding a KITAS for a certain period.
